Warranty, Refunds & Returns Policy
This Warranty, Refund & Returns Policy ("the policy") applies to all purchases from us, unless stated otherwise.
At LuxeFloat, customer satisfaction is our priority.
We offer refunds, repairs, and replacements in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law and on the terms set out in this Policy.
Any benefits set out in this Policy may apply in addition to consumers' rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
We are so confident with the quality of our product that we also offer a 30-day money-back guarantee and a lifetime warranty on all our products.
This Guarantee and Lifetime Warranty applies to physical goods, and only for physical goods, purchased from LuxeFloat (the "Goods").
Please note - the term lifetime refers to the lifetime of the product, not yours or ours.
Please read this Policy before making a purchase, so that you understand your rights as well as what you can expect from us in the event that you are not happy with your purchase.
LIFETIME WARRANTY
1.1 WHAT THIS LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY COVERS
This Limited Lifetime Warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the Warranty Period. During the Warranty Period, LuxeFloat will repair or replace, at no charge, products or parts of a product that prove defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance.
1.2 WHAT WE WILL DO TO CORRECT A PROBLEM
LuxeFloat will either repair the Product at no charge using new or refurbished replacement parts. We will replace any manufacturing defect or workmanship defects; EVA and PVC layers, seams, handles, D-rings, and construction on all of our products free of charge.
1.3 HOW LONG DOES THE COVERAGE LAST
The Warranty Period for Goods purchased from LuxeFloat is the lifetime of the product from the date of purchase. A replacement Good or part assumes the remaining warranty of the original Good from the date of replacement or repair.
1.4 WHAT THIS LIFETIME WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER
- Normal wear and tear and aging of Goods
- Cosmetic flaws or variations in colors
- Use in excess of the manufacturer's recommended maximum load capacity
- Failure to comply with pressure recommendations, assembly/disassembly, and handling procedures
- Any puncture, cut, or abrasion sustained in normal use or damage from unreasonable uses or improper storage
- Sun damage (we do not recommend leaving our inflatables in the sun for extended periods as it will cause discoloration and softening of adhesive fusion layers, weakening the Goods' construction)
- Any product that has been lost or stolen
1.5 WARRANTY CLAIM
Each warranty claim is processed individually once the warranty details (below) have been emailed through. Please allow 1-2 business days for a response once your email has been submitted.

- Name
- Photos of your damaged product
REFUNDS & RETURNS (General)
2.1 MONEY BACK 30 DAY RETURNS
Subject to the terms of this Policy, we offer returns within 30 days after the date of purchase.
You may return your product for a refund back to the original payment method. We charge a 20% restocking fee on all returns.
Returned items must be in like-new condition with no visible signs of wear and be returned with all originally included parts and accessories.
You are responsible for all return shipping costs for items returned under this policy.
2.2 AUSTRALIAN CONSUMER LAW
Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a refund, repair, or replacement for major failures or rectification for minor failures.
2.3 CHANGE OF MIND
We provide a 30-day returns policy (see 2.1 for details) and do not accept returns for change of mind after 30 days.
2.4 PRODUCTS DAMAGED DURING DELIVERY
Contact us within 7 days for assistance with products damaged during delivery.
